Autumn Lodge

Asst. Coach Autumn is a teen who assists in the kids classes and trains in the adult class with her mom. She enjoys working with kids and has been babysitting for several years. When she's not training, she writes books and spends time outside in nature. Autumn believes that Jiu Jitsu is a great activity for kids to develop their coordination and self-control.
