Traveling to
Other Gyms

We encourage you to train with everyone! You'll make new friends in the community and expand your Jiu Jitsu by traveling to other schools. Remember that when you visit another academy, you represent your team and your coaches. Follow the same hygiene and etiquette guidelines in other gyms as you do at Grindhouse. When you travel, it's also a good idea to review information on the Academy’s website and call them if you have questions before you go.

Some things you should find out before you arrive:

• Is there a fee for drop-ins? What payment methods do they accept?
• Are there specific uniform requirements?
• Is there anything you need to know about parking near the school?
